WCC face High Court challenge

Westminster parking chiefs are potentially in hot water once again as they now face allegations of "irregularities" in the way parkings services have been contracted out.
Westminster City Council Chiefs might be facing the music soon over allegations of irregularities in the awarding of parking contracts. Apcoa have allegedly filed a lawsuit last weekend claiming that they were cheated out of the contract as Westminster used "unpublished & unannounced criteria" when deciding who to employ.
