Westbourne House is currently home to a Benefits Reception office plus back-office staff and managers. Following the sale of the building last year, the new landlord was only willing to extend the lease for the third floor office that Capita occupies till October this year.
Capita management have been in negotiation with Westminster Council and have now been given the go-ahead to move all the Westbourne House staff to the second floor of 101 Orchardson Street. Capita's Homeless Persons Benefits team already occupy part of the third floor at the site.
The move will take place once the necessary refurbishment has taken place for the floor which is due to be vacated by the current occupants, Housing Services, later this month.
