Branch Health & Safety Officer (Job Share)
The Health and Safety Officer advises the Branch on all Health and Safety matters. They are responsible for representation and overseeing the departmental Health and Safety Committees. The Health and Saftey Officer is the most senior representative for the Branch and negotiates at a corporate level. Elections for this position take place annually.
International Officer
The International Officer coordinates the Branch's work on International issues and ensures that members and officers are informed of national policies concerning international issues. Elections for this position take place annually.
Finance & Resources / Customer Services Convenor
As Departmental Convenor, Mike acts as a first point of contact between UNISON and the Finance & Resources / Customer Services management on workplace matters. The Convenor negotiates at a local level to improve and protect the rights at work for our members, supports our network of representatives and represents members through complex cases.
