Westminster UNISON's Black Members Group are a group who are committed to the promotion of equality. We recognize that within our workplaces and within society, there are many people who experience discrimination and inequality. We aim to negotiate workplace policies that are fair to all, and to campaign against all forms of discrimination and inequality. We believe that as a democratic trade union, we must ensure that those who experience inequality have a voice and are heard. In order to achieve our goal we will work to ensure that the promotion of equality is a priority issue for Westminster in bargaining, campaigning, and organizing in the delivery of services.
