The Branch Services Manager is employed directly by our Branch and is not an elected official. Linda is very experienced at dealing with workplace matters and can give basic initial advice to members, but formal representation and negotiation is undertaken by Branch Officers and your local representatives.
The Branch Service Manager provides the technical support of the union including administering ballots, mapping membership information and managing our membership database. Linda also assists with recruitment of members and administers the Stewards and Health & Safety activist system.
